Those who hold a bachelor's degree in computer science and software engineering or equivalent from an institute of recognized standing (transcripts required) are eligible. Applicants with degrees in other science, technology, engineering, and mathematics disciplines are encouraged to apply and will be evaluated by the committee on a case-by-case basis.
