To be eligible for the MS in Computer Science at Carnegie Mellon University, applicants should have a minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0. A bachelor's degree in computer science or a closely related field is preferred; however, candidates from other disciplines can apply if they have completed substantial coursework in computer science and mathematics.
