A bachelor’s degree (B.A., B.S., B.Arch or equivalent) in a relevant field—architecture, engineering, construction management or related disciplines.
GPA on a standard 4.0 scale, with minimum around 3.0/4.0 preferred (~equivalent to ≈ 85%).
Subject prerequisites (if lacking engineering or construction coursework) must be met through pre/co‑requisite classes. Waivers available if similar work was recently completed; otherwise, these add to your approved electives (minimum 36 units).
Portfolio not required (unlike M.Arch or MAAD), but application includes personal statement, resume, and optional video statement.
