Bachelor’s degree required in engineering, mathematics, or physical sciences (e.g., B.E., B.Tech in ECE, CSE, Mechatronics, etc.).
GPA requirement: No fixed minimum, but applicants are evaluated on holistic academic performance (transcript GPA out of 4.0).
Students with a different background may be admitted provisionally and must complete additional prerequisite courses (subject to department approval).
