Minimum GPA: A 3.0 out of 4.0 in your undergraduate degree is required. Relevant Bachelor’s Background: A bachelor’s in Construction Science, Construction Management, Building Construction, or a closely related field is expected. Applicants from other disciplines may be admitted but might need to complete prerequisite coursework such as CSM 2030/2050 (Materials & Methods I & II) or equivalent through experience or departmental approval.
