Relevant Bachelor’s background: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or closely related fields).
Minimum GPA: A strong record is expected — preferably 3.0+ out of 4.0.
Applicants with a 3.4+ GPA from Clemson undergrad can even start B.S./M.S. concurrently.
Subject prerequisites: Fundamental coursework in mathematics, structural mechanics, fluid mechanics, probability/statistics, materials—consult your specialty area’s requirements.
