Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (equivalent to a U.S. 4‑year degree) in a relevant field such as civil engineering, construction management, architecture, mechanical / structural engineering, or related disciplines.
Undergraduate GPA: Minimum 3.0 / 4.0 required for unconditional admission. Applicants with lower GPAs must demonstrate at least five years of relevant professional experience. These applicants may be provisionally admitted on academic probation.
