An overall average grade of B or above (as assessed by country, to Ontario standards). Applicants not meeting the post-secondary education requirements but who have 3 to 5 years professional or management experience in a work environment will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Such candidates would be expected to provide references and a portfolio of their work and would be subject to an interview process.
