Applicants must possess a two- or three-year diploma or a degree in any of these areas:
Computer engineering/technology
Electronics engineering/technology
Communications engineering/technology
Other relevant disciplines may also be considered, such as software engineering, mechanical or mechatronics engineering, computer science and others that offer a significant degree of electronics and software development in their curriculum.
An overall average grade of B or above (as assessed by country, to Ontario standards) in the above mentioned academic programs.
