To be eligible for DePaul University's Master of Science in Computer Science program, applicants must hold a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale. While a background in computer science is beneficial, the program accommodates students from diverse academic disciplines by offering foundational courses to bridge any knowledge gaps. Proficiency in programming, algorithms, and mathematics is advantageous, but not mandatory.
