A level 8 honours bachelor's degree with at least a 2.1 (Second Class, Honours Grade 1) in Accounting, or in a Business degree with a significant accounting specialism, plus full exemption from CAP 1 Chartered Accountants Ireland exams.
Or completion of a Professional Diploma in Accounting (credit level) with full CAP 1 exemption.
Applicants with a 2.2 (Grade 2.2) or Professional Diploma pass may still be considered if they have strong grades in key modules like Financial accounting, Management accounting, Taxation, and Finance, subject to seat availability.
