ONE OF:
- Paramedic Ontario College Diploma
- Primary Care Paramedic Diploma from an accredited program at a Canadian college
- Ambulance and Emergency Care Certificate
AND
- Advanced Emergency Medical Care Assistant Certificate (AEMCA) or equivalent
AND
- 4000 hours of work experience within the last three years as a Primary Care Paramedic AND
- Pass a Pre-Admission Theoretical Preparedness Test
