Bachelor’s degree (four-year) in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related field is preferred.
Program requires completion of 36 graduate credits (12 courses). Students with construction or engineering backgrounds may need fewer credits (approx. 30–33); those from other fields typically complete the full 36 credits plus up to 3 prerequisite courses.
A cumulative undergraduate GPA of at least 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) is required.
Applicants with GPA below 3.0 may be considered on a conditional basis and are required to submit GRE scores
