Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or equivalent, with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (out of 4.0) required.
Preferred backgrounds include construction, engineering, architecture, business, accounting, economics, or design, but strong applicants from other disciplines with excellent academics are also considered. Work experience is preferred (typically ≥ 2 years), but not mandatory—strong academic performance, leadership potential, and clear career goals can compensate.
