Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Bioengineering, Paper Science & Engineering, or a closely related field.
GPA Requirement: Minimum ~3.3/4.0 (department recommends) to be competitive. Once enrolled, maintain a minimum 2.7/4.0 cumulative GPA, with all courses graded A–C.
Prerequisites: Core bachelor-level courses in thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, transport phenomena, reaction engineering, and mass transfer.
