Bachelor’s degree in one of these fields with at least a 3.0 GPA (out of 4.0): Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Facility Management. OR any other bachelor’s degree plus at least 2 years’ related work experience, also with a minimum 3.0 GPA / 4.0 scale.
For Indian students: If your CGPA is out of 10, convert it carefully to a 4.0 scale; a minimum of ~7.5/10 typically maps to ~3.0/4.0 or above.
Subject Prerequisites & Background: Preferably practical or theoretical exposure in construction, facility or project management.
Knowledge or interest in areas like project planning, design processes, facility operations, safety/environmental issues, leadership & communication in construction, or BIM/tech topics.
The program expects students to handle graduate‑level work in construction/management settings.
Required courses include advanced project management, facility design processes, value management, safety, leadership, quantitative methods, plus electives in chosen concentration.
