Must hold a bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent, including some three-year bachelor).
For Indian students, your Indian percentage / grade will be converted to the US 4.0 scale (usually by credential evaluators or via the transcript / conversion method). Having ~ 3.7/4.0 is very competitive.
There is also a 2+2 Program: for students in final year of undergrad (or joint bachelor/master) to apply for deferred admission, then gain 2 years of work before joining the MBA.
At least 2 years of full-time professional work experience by the time you enroll. Internships / summer work during studies do not usually count.
