To be eligible for the Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at Illinois Institute of Technology, applicants should possess a four-year bachelor's degree with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. Acceptable undergraduate backgrounds include Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics. Applicants from non-mechanical/aerospace disciplines are required to complete a course equivalent to MMAE 305 – Dynamics before their first term.
