A four‑year bachelor’s degree (BE/BTech or equivalent) in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architecture, or a related engineering field is expected.
Minimum GPA: 3.0 out of 4.0 (cumulative undergraduate) or equivalent.
Applicants from other undergraduate backgrounds may be considered if they complete IIT’s Certificate in Construction Management or have related experience.
