Applicants must have: Preferably ARB/RIBA Part 1 or exemption from it, but we will consider applications without Part 1 who have undertaken non-UK or non-validated architecture degrees. Before qualifying as a UK architect, students must have obtained Part 1, as well as Part 2 and 3.
in most cases, not less than 40 weeks of appropriate professional experience prior to entry;
a high level of basic design skills as well as an ability to engage in a rigorous, graduate program of study;
an understanding of architecture as both an academic subject and an ongoing practice; and
a commitment and motivation to the practice of architecture.
We will give preference to applicants who have:
2:2 or above honours degree; and
Evidence of a range of experience in either architectural practice or an allied design/construction environment.
