Bachelor’s Degree Background: Must have a bachelor’s degree (4-year in U.S. equivalent), or 3-year equivalent from outside the U.S., by the time you start the MBA.
No strict “required major” — students from engineering, business, economics, sciences, humanities, etc. are considered. However, you should show quantitative ability. There is no minimum required GPA. But most admitted students have a GPA of about 3.7 / 4.0 (roughly ≈ 93-94% in Indian system, depending on conversion).
Though not strictly quantified, most admitted applicants have ≈ 4-6 years of professional work experience. Quality of experience, leadership potential, impact matter more than just years.
