A bachelor’s degree (4‑year) in Construction Management or a related field (e.g. civil engineering, architecture, urban planning, design, business management, real estate).
Minimum cumulative GPA: 3.0 on a 4.0 scale for regular admission. Lower GPA may still be considered if compensated—for example, with GRE or industry experience, and by completing collateral courses at GPA ≥ 3.0.
