Admission Requirements (Academic & Background): You need an honours Bachelor’s degree (Level 8 NFQ) with a min. class of 2.2 (equivalent to ~55 %). Your degree should ideally be from a cognate/STEM or numerate field such as Computing, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or similar. There must be evidence of programming and mathematical/quantitative problem‑solving skills, either via your formal coursework, certification, or projects. Non‑STEM graduates will still be considered, but must provide strong proof of mathematics and programming aptitude (e.g., certifications, transcripts demonstrating programming modules, or relevant work experience). If you don’t meet these criteria, you may still apply under Recognition of Prior Experiential Learning (RPEL), based on relevant work experience or other forms of learning.
