To be eligible for the MS in Cybersecurity at NYU Tandon School of Engineering, applicants must hold a four-year bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field, with a minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0. Applicants from other academic backgrounds may be considered individually, and those lacking foundational knowledge are encouraged to complete the NYU Tandon Bridge program. Prerequisites include proficiency in a high-level programming language (preferably C++ or Python), understanding of data structures, discrete mathematics, and at least one year of university-level science.
