Bachelor’s degree (4‑year equivalent) in a relevant field—engineering, mathematics, science, business/management, architecture, economics or liberal arts—from an accredited institution.
Minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.0, although students with strong professional experience in construction management may request a waiver.
