This degree program is designed primarily for engineers with a technical business focus who are interested in managing technology-based programs. Students from other backgrounds are accepted on a case-by-case basis. An undergraduate degree in engineering is preferred. Mathematics or physics majors with linear algebra and multivariable calculus, or students of any major with an equivalent background in mathematics as an engineering major are acceptable.
