You will need one of the following: Bachelor's degree grade 2.2 in a construction-related subject, or, Corporate membership of an appropriate construction industry-related professional body that has been approved for this purpose by the University, preferably alongside industry experience at the managerial level, or An alternative approved construction industry-related professional qualification, together with appropriate industrial experience at the managerial level in the construction industry.
