Eligibility: Applicants must hold a four-year honours bachelor's degree—typically in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related science/engineering fields—from a recognized institution. Minimum GPA: A B average (approx. GPA 3.0 on a 4.3 scale; 73–76%) overall, especially in the last two full-time years (four semesters). Preferable GPA: A B+ average is preferred, especially for the MASc (research-based) track.
Supervisor: Yes—since this is a research-based (MASc) program, having a supervisor is required to guide the thesis work. Students must secure a willing faculty member to supervise their research.
