Admission to Oregon State University is selective and competitive and is based on a holistic review of application materials. To become a Civil or Construction Engineering graduate student you must be admitted to Oregon State University through both the OSU Graduate School and CCE. Applicants must have a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university. International students must have completed the equivalent of a four-year American baccalaureate degree. School of Civil and Construction Engineering requires a minimum undergraduate grade point average (GPA) of 3.00 (on a 4-point scale). NOTE: GRE scores are not required for admission, but applicants may include GRE scores with their application.
