Educational background: A relevant Bachelor’s degree (4-year) or professional degree such as BPharm, MBBS, BSc, Biology/Chemistry/Biochemistry/Pharmacy/Neuroscience, Chemical or Computer Engineering, etc. Minimum GPA: 3.00 out of 4.0 (equivalent to a “B average”); strong applicants often have 3.25/4.0 or higher. Prerequisites: Typically coursework in introductory chemistry and biology equivalents to OSU’s CH‑121‑123 and BI‑221‑223; biochemistry, biostatistics strongly recommended.
