Bachelor’s degree: Required in biological sciences, chemistry, engineering, or another field with sufficient life-science coursework.
Minimum GPA: 3.00 out of 4.00 (junior/senior years).
Subject prerequisites: Prior coursework in molecular biology, biochemistry, microbiology, and engineering foundations is expected. Ideal backgrounds include biology, biotechnology, biochemical engineering, or similar fields.
