Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g. Mechanical, Automotive, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Aerospace, or related fields) from a recognized institution. A minimum GPA of 2.0 out of 4.0 is required for direct entry. Applicants with a GPA between 1.5–1.99 out of 4.0 may be eligible if they have ≥3 years of relevant industry experience. Those without a relevant degree but with ≥10 years of automotive/engineering experience may also apply.
