Academic Background: A bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Design, Landscape Architecture, or Urban Design, or equivalent
GPA Requirement: Minimum of 2.7 out of 4.0 GPA (or 60–65% aggregate from an Indian university).
Subject Prerequisites: Applicants must have completed prior design studio coursework and related architectural/urban design subjects.
A design portfolio is mandatory to demonstrate creative and technical skills in spatial design and urban analysis.
