A 4-year bachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering technology, or computing is required; other degrees may be considered case-by-case.
Minimum undergraduate GPA: 3.0 out of 4.0 (Indian First Class/A NAAC‑‘A’ 3‑yr degree also accepted).
Subject Prerequisites: To succeed, students should have strong foundations in:
Systems fundamentals – engineering design, modeling & integration
Six‑Sigma / quality processes – core to manufacturing excellence
Design of experiments / statistics – RMET‑STAT‑670 course level
Project & cost management principles – includes DECS‑744, ACCT‑706
Concentration-based prerequisites depending on chosen track (e.g. robotics, advanced mechanics, automation).
Bridge courses may be assigned (e.g., modeling for advanced mechanics or robotics background)
