Ontario university/college degree, college diploma, advanced diploma or equivalent. Second class /division degree result with a minimum overall average of 55%, No more than 4 backlogs. Applicants with a combination of partial postsecondary and/or significant relevant work experience that is the equivalent of the above may be considered.
