You need a Level 8 honours Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical or Aircraft Engineering (or equivalent). Minimum grade required is 2.2 honours (roughly 60–65% or Upper Second Class). Alternatively, a Level 7 degree with Distinction in a related field plus ≥ 3 years’ relevant engineering experience is acceptable. Indian students should ensure their result conversion aligns (e.g. 60–65% Indian ≈ 2.2 honours) and that the degree is recognised. Make sure prerequisite technical subjects (maths, propulsion, control systems, data analysis) were covered in your bachelor’s.
