A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related quantitative field (e.g., engineering, mathematics, statistics, science), with at least courses in multivariable calculus (differential) and linear algebra, and basic programming methodology (equivalent to CS 106A). Preferred additional coursework in statistics and economics. No work experience required.
Indian CGPA/percentage should convert to at least 3.0 on a 4.0 GPA scale, but successful admits tend to have GPAs ~3.9/4.0 (Stanford average)
