Caltech does not have a minimum GPA requirement. However, most successful applicants have a US GPA of at least 3.5 on a 4.0 scale and/or are in the top 5 to 10% of their class. Three letters of recommendation are required. The online application currently accepts three letters maximum, so keep in mind that it's important to submit three strong letters from individuals most familiar to you.
