Relevant Bachelor’s Degree: Applicants should hold a B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a closely related field. Applicants from other engineering backgrounds may be reviewed case-by-case and possibly required to complete a foundational course (e.g. CM 510 Construction Industry Fundamentals) in addition to the curriculum.
Minimum GPA: A competitive GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 (roughly 7.5–8.0 CGPA in Indian scale) is expected.
