Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in construction‑related field (e.g. Civil Engineering, Construction Science): must be equivalent to a U.S. 4‑year degree. (Generally, Indian 3‑year Bachelor’s degrees are not accepted unless combined with PG Diploma or Master’s).
GPA: minimum 2.75/4.0 overall or in last 60 hours of undergrad work. Applicants with lower GPA may be admitted if they show academic potential through other strengths.
Prerequisites: Prior coursework or work experience in construction management is expected. If missing, the Graduate Advisor will specify prerequisite courses after admission.
