Educational Background: A bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited U.S. institution or an equivalent degree from a recognized non-U.S. institution.
Relevant undergraduate fields include urban planning, architecture, civil engineering, geography, environmental studies, economics, sociology, or related disciplines.
GPA Requirement: A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
Applicants with a GPA below 3.0 may consider enrolling as a Graduate Non-Degree Seeking student for 6 to 12 units to demonstrate academic capability before reapplying.
