A 4-year Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a closely related field such as structural, transportation, water resources, or geotechnical engineering. Minimum GPA of 4.5 out of 7.0, which roughly equals 2.5 out of 4.0 in the U.S. GPA scale or 60–65% in Indian percentage terms.
