Bachelor’s Background: A 4-year bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering disciplines like Mechanical, Aeronautical, Aerospace, Mechatronics, Marine, or Manufacturing Engineering.
GPA Requirement: Minimum GPA of 5.0 out of 7.0. For Indian-to-international equivalency, Indian grades will be converted—aligning roughly to around 2.8–3.0 out of 4.0, depending on university standards. UQ will calculate the exact equivalent during assessment.
Subject Prerequisites: Must have covered advanced/higher engineering mathematics, statistics, programming, engineering materials, mechanics of materials, machine design, and at least one of the following: intermediate dynamics, control, electrical circuits, fluid mechanics, or thermodynamics.
