A bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Urban Planning/Town Planning, Urbanism, Geography, or a closely related field.
Applicants with other bachelor's backgrounds may be considered if they complete the embedded Graduate Certificate with an average mark of at least 65% (≈ 2.9–3.0 out of 4.0 GPA).
