You need a Bachelor’s degree (BE Hons) in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or a very closely related engineering field, with at least Second Class Honours Grade I (2H1) – this is roughly equivalent to a first‑class with ~60–69 % or a strong upper second class in Indian terms. Some flexibility for allied engineering backgrounds if content closely matches EE topics and is approved by UCC.
