Applicants need at least a Second Class Honours Grade 2 in a Level 8 bachelor’s degree in relevant subjects like chemical, biological or medical sciences; pharmacy; math/computer science; engineering; public health; or business information systems. UCC also considers applicants under Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) if they have strong professional experience in areas such as pharma, engineering, or public health. Indian students typically need a first class/first division (approx. 60–65% or higher), especially from top institutions, with case-by-case flexibility.
