You need an Honours undergraduate degree (NFQ Level 8) with a minimum upper second-class honours (2.1) or equivalent. Strong 2.2 scores may still be considered in certain cases. Preferred academic backgrounds include Geography, Sociology, Economics, Politics, Social Science, Law, Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Property Economics, Surveying or similar. Minimum GPA equivalent: India ≈ 60%–65%, which is around Upper Second Class (2.1) in UCD terms.
