A 4‑year Bachelor’s degree (NFQ Level 8) in Civil, Structural, or closely related Engineering field. Minimum academic standard: Upper Second Class Honours (2.1) or international equivalent (~ 60–65% in India), weighted GPA ≥ 2.8 over final years (stage 3 & 4).
Combined subject background should include civil structural engineering, geotechnics, water resources, structural design, transportation and environmental systems.
