Undergraduate GPA ≥ 3.0 out of 4.0 in math, science, and engineering coursework.
Subject Prerequisites: Strong foundation in core mechanical engineering areas: Statics, Dynamics, Fluid Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Heat Transfer.
Required undergraduate mathematics: Calculus I–III, Differential Equations, Linear Algebra.
Programming proficiency: C/C++, Python, or MATLAB.
For thesis option: research interest and preparation in mechanical engineering topics.
Non‑thesis track caters to full‑time and part‑time students with coursework only.
