A 4‑year bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. A minimum upper‑division GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 (i.e. “B” average in junior/senior years). Applicants without a construction‑related background may be required to take pre‑requisite leveling courses before starting core coursework.
